Old and young birds were released on the same time. For the youngbirds it was the 1st NPO-race. Mr. Nico van Noordenne won this race against 26.175 pigeons. The first pigeon is bred from a direct Verkerk (son Peter Pan). Mr. Van Noordenne raced this original Verkerk-pigeon too and was already 7th National Ace pigeon One day long distance. We want to congratulate him with his successes. In the combine we started with the youngbirds against 3.722 pigeons with 5th, 13th and 16th. The 1st pigeon is a son of Johnny English x Vanie. This is the 9th NPO-west against 11.853 pigeons In the old bird race we started with 11th and 12th against 2.594 pigeons. It was the last middle distance race of the season and we became 1st not nominated and 1st nominated champion.
